Rest in peace, dear Queen. A remarkable woman who will be remembered with such fondness. Thank you.
Thirty-eight years ago I was sworn in as a member of the Canadian Forces, swearing my loyalty to the Queen. She has personified the Crown for me ever since, setting the example of dignified and dedicated service before self. As a sovereign and as a person she was inimitable and a force to be reckoned with. The world is a smaller, poorer place without her in it!
Yesterday was a very sad day for many in the world. I offer my condolences to the Royal family for your great loss. Please accept much love and hugs all around.

Dear your majesty:
As a fellow citizen, thank you for your devoted services for Canada and Hong Kong. We will not forget all the merits you have done. The world is a lesser place without you, and you will always be our majesty, our queen forever in our lives. Please rest in peace
My 1st memory of Queen Elizabeth II was when visiting with my great aunt Maria at her home, who was from Bermuda. She had HRH memorabilia at her home and had respect for the monarch. The Queen embodied dignity, grace & commitment to her role. I'm certain it was not something she always wanted to fulfill, but obligation & duty was always evident. I admired that she, as a woman, retained her crown, and was a pillar for women and what we can do. May she now Rest in Peace with her dear Prince.
Rest in Peace, Dear Queen.

It is a very sad time that the Queen has passed away
May she Rest In Peace
I feel compelled, by a surprised sense of melancholy, to sign this book of condolences. Having never met Her Majesty, and having only witnessed her reign over the past ~30 years, to me, she was always a staple of calm, composure, and elegance; in a world that is ever changing and becoming more volatile. I knew this day would come, but didn't think I would feel such a loss. The world and society has lost a bright beacon of direction. My thoughts and prayers. God rest her soul.
Thank you, ma'm

Respect! A true leader.
As a huge fan of the Queen I am so saddened by her passing. I will always remember as a child seeing her in my home town, Hartlepool, U.K. to celebrate the Silver Jubilee. She was a woman of great dignity, grace and devoted her life to serving the public. God rest her soul x
I was 9 when I went to visit London, England with my Grandmother (who is from there) and my Mother. I remember being so excited to visit Buckingham Palace and just knowing I was in the place where the Queen was. Today that trip means even more to me than it already did.
My Mum came to Canada as a WarBride. She was a member of the ATS in the UK. She was always so proud to be British. Mum was also so eager to mention that she had met Princess Elizabeth when the Princess visited the kitchen where my Mum in uniform was busy preparing food for the military members. The Queen and Queen Mother have been a large part of my Nan's, Mum's and my life. Bless you all. Our thoughts and prayers with all who are mourning.
Your Majesty,
You have given my family much as the monarch of Canada and former monarch of Hong Kong. The strength of your messaging and grace in public office has been apparent to generations of my family. You will be sorely missed but always loved.

We mourn the passing of our beloved Queen, HRH Queen Elizabeth 2nd. You served us sacrificially and selflessly, with elegance and distinction for 70 years. You never tarnished your reign with scandal or indiscretion, consistent to the very end. On Thursday Sept 8 you passed through the valley of deep darkness and now rest in the presence of the One who is the King of kings and LORD of Lord’s. “Blessed are the dead who die in the LORD …” (Rev 14:13)

Our deepest condolences to the family of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II
My most sincere condolences to all the Royal family. Her Majesty's children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Since I was 3 years old Queen Elizabeth has been my Queen, whom I have admired as a strong woman, who has had to endure some very hard times and who remained steadfast through it all. The Queen was a symbol of stability and order. I will miss singing God Save The Queen. Thank you for all your years of unwavering service. May God watch over you and your family. In Honor Teddie.
Truly the end of an era. Thank you for everything you have done for Canada, the Commonwealth and the entire world.
Condoléances à toute sa famille et au peuple britannique.
How genuinely sad I was to hear of the Queen's passing. I have been such a long follower of the Monarch since I was a young girl here in Canada. My father was from Wolverhampton and served in the British Army during WWII and we were always reminded of how important the Queen and the connection to Britain was to our family. We faithfully sing O Canada to her picture at our cottage every year and fondly reminisce of our trips to Great Britain. She has such a legacy we all are proud of. RIP.
My deepest sympathies for the family.
As a young child growing up in the then British colony of Hong Kong, I saw her picture alongside God Save the Queen every night when TV broadcast went off air. The head side of the coin has always been her both there and now here in Canada. Our family visited Buckingham Palace just this summer seeing her portrait on the wall. It will take some time to adjust to a world without the Queen, who in my opinion deserved to be saluted to more than any other person I ever knew.
Your Majesty, you have been an inspiration to us, not only being a superb monarch, but a wonderful, mother, grand mother and great grandmother. You served almost your whole life in service of the people of Britain and the commonwealth. It is time to rest with your Husband. Long live the Queen!
Never forget and will live in our heart forever. Thanks for your services and great contribution to Hong Kong.
Together with your Prince may you rest in Peace. You will be missed here but never forgotten. You have been an inspiration to many.
Condolences to the family.
My deepest condolences to the Royal Family, the citizens of United Kingdom and all Commonwealth countries on the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. May she rest in peace as she is reunited with her beloved , His Royal Highness, The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince. Phillip.
My sympathy to the family.
Mes plus sincères condoléances a la famille et aux proches.
Listening to the queen's christmas message was always a tradition in my childhood home and one I continued as an adult. During upheaval, her calm and sympathetic words were reassuring. As critical as we can be about "the state," we have nothing to be critical of if we do not maintain the rule of law and fabric of society. For my entire life, she was the personification of this nebulous infrastructure and I am thankful for her generous and thoughtful service. May she rest in great peace.
It seems unreal that the Queen is no longer with us.
I saw her as a young child living in Midland Ontario while she paraded by us on a road in Little Lake Park. She was so beautiful. A memory I will always have.
God bless her and her family as they continue to go on without her.
It was a true honor to swear an oath of allegiance to you.
Rest in Peace Ma'am.
Une grande Dame qui avait le sens du devoir. Que son âme repose en paix!
My condolences to the Royal Family. Thank you, your Majesty, for your unending dedication. You were a true inspiration to all. Rest In Peace.
Although expected, I was sad to hear the news. Queen Elizabeth II was a wonderful human being, a remarkable woman, and an incredible leader whose reign was divinely guided, inspired and blessed and will no doubt rank amongst the most righteous in God’s eyes. May Queen Elizabeth, who has left a remarkable legacy and has been an incredible example of dedication, leadership and service to both God and her people, find rest in the arms of her Savior.
Dear Queen

Our sincerest condolences are with the Royal Family during this time. Her Majesty will forever be remembered by many Canadians for serving the people of her nation and the rest of the Commonwealth. She was the only monarch we knew in our lifetimes. Whether it be through stories told by family or memories of seeing her at Queens Park in New Westminster in 1971, the Queen had some impact on our lives. We find comfort in knowing Her Majesty is now at peace and with the love of her life.
<3
We remember a very special lady who was always a strength and support for others.

Rest in peace
We have been blessed with a faithful and true monarch for seventy years. The words of the anthem, "Long to reign over us, God save the Queen." have been fulfilled. May God continue to direct and guide her heirs and the future Kinga and queens.
Queen Elizabeth II came to the throne days before I was born. She was a constant in a turbulent world and presided with grace and wisdom. She will be sorely missed and fondly remembered. Condolences to her family.
I’m 100 years old and grew up in rural Ontario with my father (from England), my mother (from France) and my ten siblings. My sister and I would sometimes complain of our plain blue tunics and white blouses and tell our mother how another girl was wearing such a nice dress at school. Our mother would tell us, “Princess Elizabeth and Margaret Rose do not get a new dress every day”. Her Majesty will go down in history as the best Queen that England ever had. Canada was lucky to have her.
R.I.P. Your Majesty. Condolences to the Royal Family.
The only Queen most of us have or ever will know. I feel like the Commonwealth is rudderless right now as she was the Monarch and Grandmother to us all. I am surprised at how emotional I am.
RIP Queen Elizabeth and condolences to Great Britain and the Royal Family.
I was 3 years old when Queen Elizabeth ll travelled to Ottawa, Ontario and was in a parade past our house at Greely. My parents, brother and I were out on the front lawn as they passed and the Queen waved at me, a 3 year old. I will never forget that. My deepest sympathies and condolences for the Royal Family. Queen Elizabeth ll will reign on in many hearts around the world, and especially in Canada. We love you!

Her majesty Queen Elizabeth II has always been an honour and light positivity to watch her lovely message every Christmas on TV. I am speechless and heartbroken of her passing. Her majesty’s love for the people will carry on and will never be forgotten.
You represented the highest standard of public service and stability. You will always be remembered as the Great Queen although you were short. I always liked the way you saluted people, it was so graceful. Even if your legacy will forever stay with us, we'll miss you! R.I.P.

I was a young girl when the coronation of Queen Elizabeth was televised. My Father who was born in Liverpool, England, decided we needed a television set we could watch this special event. I remember seeing her in Hamilton, Ontario in 1951 when she was Princess Elizabeth and the school children were bussed to the stadium to see her. (I was 15) I remember her having such a beautiful complexion!
She was a remarkable woman and will be greatly missed.

Remembering the announcement on the p.a. System at Hartman Jones Memorial School that the King had died. Elizabeth was now Queen. The class that once sang God Save The King every morning, now sang God Save The Queen! That was 1951! Thank you Queen Elizabeth for a job well done!
