Booth 2
Innovation, Collaboration and Experimentation Lab (ICELab)
Welcome to the Innovation, Collaboration and Experimentation Lab (ICELab). This space serves as SSC’s future-focused testing environment for innovative IT projects. Our team focuses on deploying, hosting and testing emerging technologies, including 3D printing and modelling (Booth 3), Internet of Things in the GC (Booth 4) and Cyber Security: A Zero Trust approach (Booth 16). We are also tackling the next generation of connectivity and cyber security technologies.
The ICELab is a flexible, unclassified and vendor-agnostic environment designed for research and development. It is isolated from SSC’s corporate network, enabling us to explore and assess emerging technologies without impacting production workloads. ICELab evaluates the operational and business value of these technologies for Government of Canada (GC) projects and initiatives. The lab also works closely with Innovative Solutions Canada (Booth 1). By collaborating with Canadian industry and GC partners and clients, we aim to find solutions for the IT challenges of today and the future.
Join SSC’s experts as they unveil the latest in Light Fidelity, biometrics, edge computing and IoT environmental sensors.
