Multi-Departmental Network PBI Reports (Hawkeye and GCNet Heatmap)
Hawkeye Dashboard is a report that describes network performance and areas with performance issues for the benefit of SSC’s partners and clients. By looking at the detailed probe and metrics information, SSC Client Executives use the Hawkeye Report to determine why something is happening and the seriousness of the performance issues. This enables them to provide informed service to their partners and clients.
The GCNet Heatmap Dashboard is a report that provides an overview of circuit health across sites on the Government of Canada network. It provides a visual summary of information, allowing the viewer to understand important or relevant data points.
