In-house conference facility services
At each of our locations in the National Capital Region, we offer:
- event and conference planning for in-person, virtual and hybrid events
- in-house audio-visual support

Major events and international conference services
Logistical support services
From anywhere in Canada, we:
- offer event management services for planning, managing, and delivering major events and international conferences
- provide budget planning services
- support classified events up to Top Secret level
- provide on-site management of events from set-up to tear-down
- facilitate heads of delegation courtesy clearances at points of entry into Canada
- facilitate Indigenous cultural ceremonies
Procurement and contracting
We can source goods and services such as:

Hospitality
We can provide advice and input into the development of your event hospitality request based on Treasury Board policies and directives.

We operate on a cost-recovery basis, and will be pleased to provide you with an estimate of associated fees during the planning process.
Hours of operation
Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm Eastern Standard Time (additional fees and overtime may apply outside of these hours).
