This report highlights the key findings associated with the evaluation of the Government Assisted Refugee (GAR) program and the Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP). The evaluation addressed issues related to program relevance, design and impact, and focussed on the reference period of FY 2005/2006 to FY 2009/2010 (or annual data from 2005 to 2009).
