Rates of pay will be adjusted within 180 days after the signing of the Ship Repair (West) (SR (W)) collective agreement. In accordance with Appendix D of the SR (W) collective agreement, rates prior to the salary change will be paid as lump-sum payments:

  1. Year 1: Retroactive lump-sum payment equal to a 2.0% economic increase and 0.8% wage adjustment for a compounded total of 2.816%. Changes to the pay rates will not appear on employees’ pay statements.

  1. The pay increment is twelve (12) months and shall be effective on the anniversary date of the appointment to the Ship Repair Management Sub-Group.
  2. An employee being paid at the SR-MGT-02 or SR-MGT-03 level shall have their rate of pay increase:
    1. on , to the rate of pay on row “X” which is 0.8% higher than their former rate of pay.
    2. on , to the rate of pay on row “A” which is 2.0% higher than their former rate of pay.
    3. on , to the rate of pay on row “Y” which is 0.2% higher than their former rate of pay.
    4. on , to the rate of pay on row “B” which is 2.0% higher than their former rate of pay.

Pay Notes

  2. An employee being paid at Level SR-MGT-02 or SR-MGT-03 shall have his/her rate of pay increase
    1. On to the rate of pay on row "A" which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    2. On to the rate of pay on row "B" which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    3. to the rate of pay on row "X" which is three point zero percent (3.0%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    4. On to the rate of pay on row "C" which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    5. On until January 30, 2019 inclusive, to the rate of pay on row "D" which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
