New Public Service Dental Care Plan member services website provided by Canada Life

The purpose of this notice is to inform you that Canada Life, the administrator for the Public Service Dental Care Plan (PSDCP), is replacing their existing GroupNet website, where you can access your personal PSDCP information, with a new plan member services website, My Canada Life at Work.

How to access My Canada Life at Work

If you already have a Canada Life GroupNet account, you will receive an email directly from Canada Life asking you to sign-in to My Canada Life at Work with your existing GroupNet username and password. Once signed in, you will be asked to accept the new terms and conditions. With that, you will be ready to use the new tools and resources available to you on My Canada Life at Work.

If your email address has changed and you do not receive an email from Canada Life, you can follow the above steps at My Canada Life at Work to access the new site. If you have forgotten your username and password, follow the steps for a forgotten username or password on that same site.

If you do not have an existing GroupNet account, register a new account at My Canada Life at Work by selecting “Register”.

There are many benefits to having an online account with Canada Life. The new My Canada Life at Work website allows you to:

  • submit dental claims electronically
  • sign up for direct deposit and paperless Explanation of Benefits
  • obtain coverage information, including balances
  • download and print personalized claim forms
  • download and print the PSDCP benefit card
  • view the status of dental claims
  • view and print details of past dental claims
  • verify eligibility of the next dental examination
