At the end of an audit review done by the Canada Revenue Agency, efforts were made by the SR&ED employees to minimize any burdens related to compliance. The company was grateful for the service and education received from the SR&ED staff that will help ensure they file their future claims properly.

We would like to thank SR&ED employees for the efforts made during the review of our claim. During this process, we had several discussions over the technical and financial aspects of the claim prepared by our Research & Development (R&D) Team.
In light of your recommendations, we will review our processes to improve our supporting documentation structure. In addition, our new Enterprise Resource Planning system will facilitate the collection of documentation across our offices and manufacturing facilities and a recent re-organization of our centralized R&D Team will help conduct this improvement.
