The PS-MCT is a standardized multiple choice test that assesses the CRA competency Problem solving.

Problem Solving means understanding a work-related problem or situation, and taking action to resolve it appropriately. Good problem solving involves the accurate analysis of information and the use of sound judgment.

After carefully reading the scenario and background information, you should evaluate each response by considering how well it addresses the criteria and other information, the number of advantages and disadvantages it has, and the impact of the advantages and disadvantages. Then, you must use the scale provided to rate how effective you believe each response is in addressing the situation.
