CRA workshop to review the experience of executors
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is holding virtual workshops with past executors to review the experiences they have had when settling a deceased person’s tax obligations, and to get their feedback and perspective on some potential solutions that could have better met their needs. Acting as an executor is a difficult time in people’s lives and the CRA is committed to making their interactions with the CRA as easy as possible.
The information gathered at this workshop will be used to improve this CRA services. The information will be confidential and will not be used for any other purpose. This workshop is part of the CRA’s efforts to provide consistent and ongoing opportunities for Canadians to provide feedback so that it can further its commitment to making information more helpful and easier to understand, providing more convenient access to services and support, and ensuring Canadians feel understood, respected and valued.
Participation in this workshop is voluntary and by invitation only, and the recruitment process will be managed by a third-party firm, Canada Market Research, acting as an independent agent of the CRA.
