Integrated strategy for human resources and pay

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Human Resources (HR) and Pay Modernization Employee Questionnaire.  

This is the first step in an ongoing conversation. If you are interested in participating in future activities, please join the GC HR and Pay Employee Consultation Pool. Potential activities include consultation interviews, workshops, and usability testing. 

Employees in the pool can expect to receive between 1 and 4 invitations per year. Each invitation will include: 

• A detailed description of the activity 
• The expected time commitment 
•  An option to sign up for the activity if you wish 

Participation is always optional – there is no obligation to participate in any activity, and you can opt-out of the pool at any time.
