Summaries of jurisdiction reports
The Public Service Commission (PSC) posts summaries of some of its jurisdiction reports on this Web site to help understand the scope of the PSC’s examination of investigation requests and provide examples of what warrants or does not warrant an investigation pursuant to the Public Service Employment Act. The jurisdiction phase starts when a request for investigation is received and ends when a decision to investigate or not is rendered.
