List of upper receivers: for individuals

The following upper receivers are classified as prohibited devices under the Criminal Code as of May 1, 2020.

Individual firearm owners must dispose of these prohibited devices before the amnesty order expires on October 30, 2025.

More information for individuals will be provided at a later date.
