New employee
Welcome and congratulations! We are thrilled to have you join Team IAAC!
As you settle in, we encourage you to consult this page to ease your onboarding experience. Onboarding is the process of integrating new employees into the workplace, beginning with the acceptance of the initial job offer and continuing through the first 6 to 12 months of employment. It includes activities such as training and mentoring, as well as providing all pertinent information on internal policies, work processes and established cultural norms.

On your first day
A great way to kick-start your new job is to go through our Onboarding Module 1 (PDF - 2.2 MB). You will learn important information about the Agency.
Another way is to start by completing or planning mandatory training for all government employees. Training can seem daunting, but if you start now and schedule it ahead of time, it will be more manageable.
