Program delivery update: Specific Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) holders currently in Quebec [R205(a) – A73] – International Mobility Program

The instructions on Specific Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) holders currently in Quebec have been updated.
The following changes have been made:
- Changed the LMIA-exemption administrative code from A75 to A73
- Clarified that the applicant must be the principal applicant on the permanent residence application. Proof showing that they are the principal applicant is required.
- Clarified that the applicant must hold a CSQ that was issued under a specific program or pilot for Quebec.
- Clarified that the CSQ for applicants under the Quebec skilled workers program includes this field name "Categorie : Travailleur qualifié", which will either have no code, or coded: IQ. The CSQ for all other applicants must have a specific code in section 9 of the CSQ. The list of acceptable codes are provided in the instructions.
- Removed the instructions that applicants with an offer of employment that has a different occupation than what is specified in their CSQ are not eligible.
- Removed the following instructions:
- For clarity, the following foreign nationals are eligible under this category:
- a post-graduation work permit holder who has an offer of employment in the province of Quebec
- a study permit holder with a co-op work permit who has an offer of employment in the province of Quebec
- a work permit holder in one of the following categories under the International Experience Canada (IEC) Program:
- Working Holiday
- Young Professionals
- International Co-op (Internship)
