The Additional Alternative Responsible Person in Charge application form must be filled if the applicant intends on designating more than two Alternative Responsible Persons in Charge. This form must be submitted as part of the complete Class A precursor licence application package.

Annual Report

All licensed dealers must complete and submit the Annual Report template no later than March 31 of each calendar year. Section 87 of the Precursor Control Regulations (PCR) requires that a licensed dealer shall make a report to the Minister, within three months after the end of each calendar year, which summarises all authorised activities pertaining to Class A precursors at the licensed site. The data is also used to provide reports on precursors substances to the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) and is required to fulfil Canada's obligations under the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988.

Precursor Chemical Authorization Certificate

Forms

Class A or Class B precursor preparations and mixtures may be exempted from the application of the Precursor Control Regulations, if they meet the specified conditions. An authorization certificate will be issued once the Minister determines that the preparation or mixture poses little risk of diversion to illegal markets or uses, and that the precursor cannot be easily extracted from the preparation or mixture.
