Cannabis tracking system resources

For cultivation, processing and sale for medical purposes licence holders:
- Cannabis tracking reporting form for licence holders (CSV)
- Licence holder cannabis tracking reports tool - The purpose of this tool is to provide further guidance and assistance in preparing monthly report submission into the Cannabis Tracking and Licensing System (CTLS). This tool does not replace or substitute the.csv template above but rather can be used to populate the.csv file.

For provinces and territories:

- Provincial or territorial retailer and distributor cannabis tracking reports tool - The purpose of this tool is to provide further guidance and assistance in preparing monthly report submission into the Cannabis Tracking and Licensing System (CTLS). This tool does not replace or substitute the.csv template above but rather can be used to populate the.csv file.
Private retailers and distributors
Under section 5 of the Order, private retailers and distributors are required to submit reports to the appropriate public body in their province or territory.
In fulfillment of the condition at paragraph 5(5)(b) of the Order, private retailers and distributors in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, Yukon, and Northwest Territories are hereby notified that the public bodies in each of those provinces or territories to which the information is to be provided will provide the Minister with the information referred to in the Order, effective October 17, 2019.
Private retailers and distributors are required to submit their reports to these provincial public bodies by the 10th of each month:
- Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis
- Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
- BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch
- Cannabis NB
- Department of Finance, Government of Nunavut
- Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation
- Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation
- Northwest Territories Liquor & Cannabis Commission
- Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority
- Yukon Liquor Corporation
Each jurisdiction will give further instructions about private retailer and distributor reporting requirements.
