Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying conditions of disposal at sea permit no. ATL-00445-1 as outlined below. The varied conditions is published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
1. Permittee: Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Moncton, New Brunswick, and L’association des pêcheurs du Nord-Est – Region Miscou Inc., Miscou, New Brunswick.
