Disposal at sea permit ATL-00428-1, amended

Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying conditions of disposal at sea permit no. ATL-00428-1 as outlined below. The varied conditions are published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
3. Duration of permit: The permit is valid from January 4, 2024, to January 1, 2025.
3.1. The loading and disposal at sea activities for Pointe-Sapin, Site B (CA-AT-D199) disposal site are restricted to the following period: from January 4, 2024, to March 31, 2024.
