The State of Service report communicates how we are accomplishing our mandate and updates Canadians on some of our biggest programs, including the Passport Program, the Canadian Dental Care Plan, Employment Insurance, Benefits Delivery Modernization and the Social Insurance Number program, as well as a selection of other recent service improvements across the Government.
