·         Obtain the authorization from the Secrétariat aux affaires intergouvernementales canadiennes of the Quebec government before you will be considered eligible for advancement to Round 2; and

·         Provide a copy of this authorization when requested by the IDEaS Program Office before a Grant Agreement is offered.

If you answered “No” to all three questions, please submit this form, signed by the Duly authorized representative, when requested by the IDEaS Program Office.
