Summary

This Application Strategy describes the Defence IM/IT Programme response to Government of Canada, DND/CAF and industry drivers. It establishes the vision and objectives for the DND/CAF application portfolio over the next five years and describes the activities and resources required to realize them. This strategy aims to improve the utility and health of the Defence application portfolio by applying both management and design principles to the benefit of business and operational stakeholders as well as application service providers.
