A graph showing the annual economic increases in the tentative agreements reached with the Public Service Alliance of Canada. These are 1.5% (2021-2022), 4.75% (2022-2023), 3% (2023-2024) and 2.25% (2024-2025).

Through negotiations, the government and the Public Service Alliance of Canada were able to reach a deal for four years at 11.5%. That said, given the number of different groups and subgroups implicated, these agreements also include a collection of group-specific allocations, including salary band adjustments, shift premiums, and other allowances. This includes the 0.5 % referred to in our news release and the PSAC’s communications.
