Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, 8 February 2021 — Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (M20A0258) into the 28 July 2020 sinking and loss of life aboard an unnamed small fishing vessel near Sally’s Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
