Countdown to David Saint-Jacques' Mission: Expedition 58/59 Crew Press Conference
Media advisory
Longueuil, Quebec, August 31, 2018 — Less than four months before the launch of Expedition 58/59, of which Canadian Space Agency (CSA) astronaut David Saint-Jacques is a member, media are invited to attend the crew press conference. The conference will be held at the Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston and will be broadcast live at the CSA. David Saint-Jacques and the other crewmembers will answer the media's questions via NASA TV.
Journalists at the CSA event will be able to participate in the question period.
Also, since Canadian robotics play a fundamental role in current space missions, media representatives will have the opportunity to try out the Canadarm2 simulator with astronaut Jeremy Hansen.
Media members who are unable to go to the CSA can watch the press conference live on the CSA's YouTube channel.
