Intelligent automation in the GC workplace
Intelligent automation (IA) is a combination of artificial intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). IA can improve service delivery and reduce employee workload, while boosting overall productivity.
SSC’s Artificial Intelligence Program and Artificial Intelligence Centre of Expertise support, enable and guide SSC and Government of Canada (GC) partners and clients in achieving their AI goals. At this booth, the team will share their IA projects and the potential applications in the GC.
