Changes to personal data include:
- change in marital status
- change of address
- change of name
Employee responsibilities
Employees who work for a department with self-service through the Human Resources Management System should input any changes through the self-service system.
Employees who work for a department without access to this self-service feature should advise human resources in writing of any changes.
Human resources responsibilities
Departments without self-service functionality are responsible for:
- ensuring accurate and timely completion of changes in address, marital status or name in Human Resources Management System
- ensuring that information was received successfully in Phoenix
