Low-carbon procurement project
To help reduce supply chain greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2050, Public Services and Procurement Canada has developed 3 commodity-specific methodologies and calculators. These calculators measure the carbon footprints of goods and services in 3 high-impact commodity categories:
- light-duty vehicles
- office furniture
- professional services
This initiative is funded by the Treasury Board Secretariat’s Greening Government Fund.
