LHHR: Review of the Public Service Commission’s price list (18-01)

January 30, 2018

The recent signing of collective agreements in the public service and subsequent salary increases has impacted the delivery cost of the Public Service Commission (PSC) products and services. Therefore, the PSC conducted a cost review of some of its products and services. Consequently, the PSC will be amending the price of those selected products and services, effective May 1, 2018.

PSC products and services have not been revised since 2012-2013, which corresponds with the last signing of collective agreements. The present table identifies the 10 items that will be subject to an increase. Please note that the current price list will only reflect the price changes as of May 1, 2018.

During the coming months, a more comprehensive cost review of PSC’s products and services will be completed.

The PSC continues to provide support to federal organizations with their staffing and assessment needs, whether for selection or developmental purposes. Managers and human resources specialists from federal departments and agencies can access free consultation and information sessions on assessment strategies, products and services by contacting the Personnel Psychology Centre at 819-420-8671 or by email.

For any questions regarding the cost review, please contact Robert McSheffrey, Director General, Personnel Psychology Centre, by email, robert.mcsheffrey@cfp-psc.gc.ca, or by phone at 819-420-8635.

We invite you to forward this message to your organizational managers and human resources specialists.
