LHHR 17-04: The Public Service Commission is recruiting graduates for you

The Public Service Commission (PSC) is planning its national fall 2017 Post-Secondary Recruitment (PSR) campaign. Your organization’s participation in this year’s campaign will allow you to:

  • reach thousands of new graduates looking to launch their careers in the federal public service;
  • reach experienced federal public servants and other talented Canadians who want to further their careers;
  • take advantage of the recognition factor and attractiveness of the annual PSR campaign;
  • have access to engaged and passionate candidates, that may not otherwise come across your job advertisements.

Let’s talk about your needs!

Our goal is to ensure a better alignment between your hiring needs and the quality of the available sources of talent. To do so, the planning of the PSR 2017 Campaign will involve consultations and a comprehensive gap analysis of the required competencies.  This will allow for the development of a recruitment strategy that is in step with your needs and the creation of future inventories that facilitate your hiring process.
