Let’s hire – graduate inventories available now (19-04)

2019-04-11

I am pleased to share that the Public Service Commission just released five (5) new inventories of college and university graduates, stemming from the Government of Canada’s 2018-2019 Post-Secondary Recruitment campaign. The inventories were created in collaboration with functional communities and other key partners to better respond to your needs.

Through them, you have year-round access to hundreds of diverse candidates — recent graduates and accomplished professionals alike —from all across the country and from all employment equity groups. Take a look:

Partially assessed inventories where candidates have been evaluated on some requirements. You only need to assess based on your specific criteria:

A new fully assessed inventory, including second language proficiency, in Human Resources will be available in the spring 2019.

For an overview of each inventory’s composition, visit our GCpedia page (which is accessible only on the Government of Canada network). You can also check out the new Post-Secondary Recruitment web page for managers.
