Service standards for grants and contributions
Service standards publicly state the level of performance that citizens can reasonably expect to encounter from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) under normal circumstances.
Timeliness service standards for high-volume grant and contribution services clarify expectations and increase predictability in PHAC's financial management system. This type of standard benefits many Canadians, and particularly, grant and contribution recipients in communities, voluntary and not-for-profit agencies that support PHAC in the achievement of public health priorities.
The following is a list of categories of our service standards for high-volume grants and contributions:
Client feedback is important to the Public Health Agency of Canada. For questions, concerns or complaints related to these two service standards, please contact the Centre for Grants and Contributions at CGC_CSC@phac-aspc.gc.ca.
