Introduction

Welcome to the online support materials for the 2007-2008 Departmental Performance Report (DPR) of the the Public Health Agency of Canada (Agency). The DPR itself , which is part of the Government of Canada's estimates process, adheres to a new concise format, and is published by the Treasury Board Secretariat. This online section provides greater detail on the 2007-2008 performance of the Agency’s program activities and sub-activities. For clarity some information presented in the concise DPR may be repeated in the more detailed online reports.

This online section focusses primarily on commitments made for the 2007-08 fiscal year. Progress on commitments for 2008-09 and/or 2009-10 is also reported, where applicable.
