Backgrounder: Bridging communities together across Saskatchewan with joint federal and provincial funding
Backgrounder
Joint funding through the Rural and Northern Communities Infrastructure Stream (RNCIS) of the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) will support 12 highway and roads infrastructure projects across Saskatchewan.
The federal government is investing more than $1.3 million towards these projects, while the Government of Saskatchewan is contributing over $2.7 million. Recipients are contributing more than $4.1 million and are responsible for any additional costs.
