Preliminary protein content data for the 2014 Canada Western Red Spring wheat harvest are now available by crop region.
Data on protein will be updated every Tuesday while samples are received for the Canadian Grain Commission’s 2014 Harvest Sample Program. Grain producers can register for the Harvest Sample Program until October 31, 2014. The Canadian Grain Commission will accept samples until November 30, 2014.
