PORT HOPE, ONTARIO - Kim Rudd, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Jim Carr, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, will deliver remarks at a ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a radioactive waste storage facility in Port Hope.

Parliamentary Secretary Rudd will take questions from the media following the event.
