For the 18th consecutive season, the Plains of Abraham will be transformed into haunted settings where young and old will be invited to tremble with fear ….and shake with laughter! From October 1 to November 11, 2017, discover the many Halloween activities offered free of charge or at various prices. Halloween on the Plains of Abraham is a must-see!

Haunted Tower
October 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. At the Martello 2 Tower and Joan of Arc Garden. $3 / ages 5 and older. Free for children 4 and under.
Entertainment, surprises and a fabulous tour of the Martello Tower roof where amazing decors await you. Stand-alone quiz and a tour on the mini-train to the Joan of Arc Garden. Great fun for families!

Bewitching Tour
October 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29 at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Departure from the Martello 1 Tower. Reservations required. $8 / ages 4 to 7, $11 / accompanying adult. In French only.
Guided family tour to triumph over the mysteries that plague the Park. From the Martello 1 Tower to the Joan of Arc Garden and the Martello 2 Tower, children will learn about the stories that haunt the Plains.

Spine-tingling Tales
October 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29 at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Departure from the Martello 1 Tower. Reservations required. $8 / ages 8 to 12, $11 / accompanying adult. In French only.
Spellbinding tour where tales and legends are part of the rich and colourful history of the Plains of Abraham. Ghosts haunt the city, crimes are committed and the Plains are not spared. Hear terrible stories and learn how to outwit the spirits and find a treasure.

Tales of the Bad Old Days
October 20, 27, 31 and November 3, 4, 10 and 11, at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. At the Martello 4 Tower. Reservations required. $10 / adult (ages 14 and older). In French only.
Shameful diseases, epidemics, stolen corpses, dubious hygiene and violent deaths are featured in true historic anecdotes shared through lively storytelling at the Martello 4 Tower. An incredible opportunity to discover the most enigmatic of the Martello towers!

Ghoulish Walk
October 14, 21, 27, 28 and 31 at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Departure from the Martello 2 Tower. Reservations required. $16 / adult (ages 13 and older). In French only.
Guided tour, lantern in hand, to discover the plains under a more ghoulish light. There was a time when the Battlefields Park was the site of dark, illegal activities. Experience the grim history of the Park and the obscure legends surrounding it.

From October 1 to November 5, daily. At the Joan of Arc Garden. Free.
Mysterious decors and tombstones are reminders of the history of the Plains of Abraham. Learn about legends and realities related to the Park.
