How to get a police certificate – Armenia
If you need to give your fingerprints for a police certificate, this isn’t the same as giving your biometrics (fingerprints and photo) for an application.
Name of the document you need
Criminal record certificate
Police certificate and IRCC requirements
You must provide a police certificate when you apply for permanent residence in Canada, and for some temporary residence programs (please see the document checklist and/or visa office requirements for details).
How to apply
You can apply online or in person at the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
You can also give a representative power of attorney to apply for you.
Special considerations
Police certificates must indicate all names you have used while in Armenia.
The Embassy only accepts original police certificates. Printouts of online search results and electronic certificates are not acceptable.
