Program delivery update: Exemption for nationals of Sudan to the bar on applying for a pre-removal risk assessment

Nationals of Sudan are exempt from the 12-month bar if their Immigration and Refugee Board or previous pre-removal risk assessment decision was made between August 23, 2022, and August 22, 2023, inclusively. Nationals of Sudan with a decision made after August 22, 2023, are subject to the 12-month bar.
