The instructions relating to family members of low-skilled workers have been updated to include an exception regarding family members of principal applicants under the Agri-Food Pilot who hold a work permit based on a labour market impact assessment in the agriculture or low-wage stream or are approved for such a work permit. The comparison table (PDF, 1 MB) has been updated accordingly.
