The instructions for essential television and film workers at the production stage have been updated to add clarity to the guidance with regard to the specific considerations for the application of Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) exemption code C14.
In addition, new instructions for a temporary public policy for graphic designers working on named live TV or film production projects in Canada have been added.
