Program delivery update: Exemption for nationals of Ethiopia to the bar on applying for a pre-removal risk assessment

Nationals of Ethiopia are exempt from the 12-month bar if their Immigration and Refugee Board or previous pre-removal risk assessment decision was made between December 17th, 2020 and December 16th, 2021, inclusive. Nationals of Ethiopia with a decision made after December 16th, 2021, are subject to the 12-month bar.
