The sections on spouses or common-law partners of skilled workers and international students have been extensively updated to reflect new requirements designated by the Minister.
Instructions added: there can only be 1 principal foreign national, a requirement for a genuine relationship and clarification on document requirements.
Instruction clarified: Only spouses of study permit holders who are eligible for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP) may apply for the spousal open work permit.
