Program delivery update: Functional guidance on the Resettlement Assistance Program now modernized

The information that was contained in Part 2 of chapter IP 3, In-Canada Processing of Convention Refugees Abroad and Members of the Humanitarian Protected Persons Abroad Classes, can now be found in the service delivery section of the program delivery instructions (PDIs).
Links to the new Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP) PDIs have been added in the updated instructions, and existing links to Part 2 of chapter IP 3 have been updated to link to the new RAP PDIs.
