Ministerial Instructions 75 (MI75): Amendments to Ministerial Instructions with respect to the processing of certain applications for a study permit

Effective June 26, 2024, new Ministerial Instructions on the processing of study permit applications were issued to amend the Ministerial Instructions that took effect on January 22, 2024 (MI70).

These Instructions amend the categories of study permit applications that are excluded from the conditions set out in the Instructions and the associated application cap as well as expand the categories of new study permit applications that require a provincial or territorial attestation letter from the respective province or territory where the applicant intends to study.
