Biography - André Hébert, Member of the Board Directors

André Hébert has been a valued member of the CMHC Board of Directors since February 2019. With over 40 years of experience in information technology, André brings a wealth of knowledge and a hands-on approach to his work.

Since 2020, he has served as Head of Technology at Air Canada Vacations, where he is responsible for a digital transformation program and also ensuring smooth operations.

Known for his ability to lead large IT transformation projects, André’s career has spanned roles at major organizations like Air Canada, Aeroplan, and Aimia, where he implemented innovative global IT systems to help businesses achieve their goals.

His career began with Unisys Canada, and over the years, his passion for technology and business has earned him a reputation as a seasoned leader with a unique blend of operational and strategic expertise.

André’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in commerce and an MBA from École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montréal, but it is his practical experience and leadership style that truly set him apart.
