Adrienne Mertin - Food Sensitivity - "I have to be very careful when I read labels. I have to look for any type of wheat product. Gluten of any kind is something that can really bother me, so I have to be very careful when I'm in a grocery store looking at products."
"I have to look for things like barley, spelt, that type of thing will bother me. And even hidden things like spices or seasonings sometimes I don't know if those contain gluten either."

Jerri Southcott - Health Canada - So with the new regulations, labels on most pre-packaged foods will list common allergens, sulphites and gluten source. In 18 months, it'll be easier to make informed decisions. Labels will be clear and accurate. No more hidden ingredients.
