Lists of foods that have received Temporary Marketing Authorization Letters (TMALs)

The following tables identify all foods which have received Temporary Marketing Authorization Letters, or Notice Letters, including those eligible for the transition period of the Regulations Amending the Food and Drug Regulations and the Cannabis Regulations (Supplemented Foods). These lists, with the exception of the lists under Table 1, are continually being updated as Temporary Marketing Authorization Letters (TMALs) or Notice Letters are issued. The lists in Table 1 outline foods that were issued a TMAL as supplemented foods and will be permitted a transition period to come into compliance with the Supplemented Foods Regulations. The lists in Table 3 outline foods that were issued Notice Letters as supplemented foods and will be permitted a transition period to come into compliance with the Supplemented Foods Regulations.
