Report a side effect of a natural health product: consumers
Everyone who witnesses or experiences a side effect (adverse reaction) to a natural health product is strongly encouraged to report it. You can also work with your health care provider (doctor, nurse, pharmacist) to submit a report. They may offer additional information that could be useful for our assessment.
To mail your report to a Canada Vigilance Regional Office, use the postage paid label.
