Health products quarantined from two India sites
At Health Canada's request, Canadian importers have agreed to quarantine health products from the following two India-based sites due to data integrity concerns:
- Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in Srikakulam, India
- IPCA Laboratories in Pithampur, India
These lists are based on the most recent information received by Health Canada as of December 23, 2014. The lists will continue to be updated as new information becomes available.
Medically Necessary Products
To date no products manufactured at these sites for the Canadian market have been determined to be medically necessary. Products will continue to be assessed for medical necessity and the list will be updated should new information become available.
